Flynas receives a new batch of Airbus planes

 Saudi Arabia Flynas Airline receives a new batch of Airbus planes.

The Saudi Airlines and the Middle East low cost airline has announced that it has received 03 Airbus A330 Aircraft. And two new A320neo aircraft. 

These aircraft are part of a shipment of ninteen new aircraft to be received during the year 2023. A purchase order for 120 aircraft worth more than $10 billion from Airbus was placed some time ago. This is the largest Airbus aircraft acquisition deal of its kind in the region.

Fly Nas current fleet size has increased to 48 aircraft. The company recorded an 84% growth in its aircraft fleet, in almost two years. In the first quarter of 2021 the company had 26 aircraft.

According to the report of Saudi Arabia official press agency  SPA which has been studied by Al Arabiya.net it has-been stated that these three planes arrived in Riyadh and Jeddah. where two new A320neo planes arrived at Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport. While the A330 aircraft arrived at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah.

Speaking on the occasion: Bandar Al Mahn CEO and Managing Director of Flynas confirmed that the company has recorded phenomenal growth in its operations and fleet size. Flynas managed to add 22 aircraft in 26 months. Under the slogan We connect the world to Saudi Arabia. Flynas currently operates flights in 165 countries.

Al Mahna also said that the delivery of the three aircraft is in line with the program to revive the travel and tourism sector.

The board of directors of Flynas more said the company is preparing to order 250 new aircraft to make the Saudi Arabia air carrier the lowest cost airline in the Middle East and North Africa. Which will increase its capacity.
